Kenpo Chi, although having a rather funny name, is our section
dedicated
to discussing ways to bring the student closer to their Kenpo training
and in turn, themselves. Here we will discuss methods and
concepts
not commonly talked about in the Kenpo community. However, they
are
still fun, interesting, and educational methods of training that will
possibly
challenge the student more then anything else. The concepts
discussed
will be geared more towards metaphysical methods and spiritual
enlightenment
of the Dragon, and less towards the physical power and prowess of the
Tiger.
Meditative, internalizing, and centering methods will be the subject of
the Kenpo Chi articles, which can aid the student towards ripping
through
their Kenpo knowledge with greater skill and efficiency. Later,
there
will be topics and conversations on "Chi" or the cultivation and
regulation
of internal energy, and possibly passing that energy externally in
positive
directions. In fact, we may even discuss energy meridians
utilized
in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. However, this is
still up for debate for many reasons, and even if we do decide to go
into
"energy" topics, these subjects will not be covered for offensive
purposes.
Contrary to popular opinion, this information was not put forth to be
used
solely as a weapons, and shall be covered as much.
Below
will be links
to the current and future articles.
